Philadelphia law enforcement officials arrested two suspects Sunday night following a capturing incident that left a 13-year-old boy within the hospital, police stated.

Elijah Simmons, 19, and Caresa McFarland, 32, have been each arrested following the incident, which occurred Saturday, and face totally different fees in connection to the capturing, Fox 29 of Philadelphia reported.

The unidentified 13-year-old sufferer was shot within the head Saturday and was transported to a neighborhood hospital, police stated. He stays in important situation.

The 2 officers have been reportedly investigating an unrelated murder once they witnessed three suspects in an SUV repeatedly and fatally shoot a 31-year-old man, police stated.
