Biden to offer remarks at Walter Mondale’s memorial service

President Bident traveled to Minnesota on Sunday to ship remarks at former Vice President Walter Mondale’s memorial service.

Mondale died in April 2021 at 93. Biden wished to attend as a result of he had “an important personal relationship” with Mondale, in response to White Home Press Secretary Jen Psaki. The service was delayed on account of COVID-19.

Biden described Mondale as “one of our nation’s most dedicated patriots and public servants.”

The service is being held on Sunday by invitation solely in Minneapolis, however is being live-streamed. It should go from 1:30 to three p.m. CDT.
